Our vision for this project is to give awareness for young groups so the could better react at the society which is at the list of corrupted countries, this is because there wasn't chance for youths. Through this project we will gather information and data regarding any issue which would be against election Rules and Regulations then we will provide reports. Reports can be about Presidential Candidates as well as regarding Provincial Councils these reports can include photos any video. Through Publishing reports to Facebook and other social networks such as Baztab. Such programming will contribute to Election Commission so they could easily prohibit individuals from fraud as well to Candidates to taker action if any other candidates are doing fraud as well to community members.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
Our Organization have connection With Two school near to our own area One is Panjsad Family High School as well Bibi Sara high school from which we will select 10 students from each school. we have also connection with another organization which have been working for almost 20 years ‘Legal and Cultural Services for Afghan Women and Children’ the organization can better contribute our organization at administrative and management works. Moreover we have in plan to have our good connections with Election Commission as well Election Commission for Complaints because in case our trainees want to snap or record so it won't create problem for other participants and workers.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
In this project we will train 20 students from two different school of our area (Panjsad Family and Bibi Sara High School) about rules and regulation for election specifically on the day of voting to target participants so they could could better observe whether the voting process is going fair at our community or not.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
We will organize presentation about Election rules then for a one day of workshop will present that to 20 participants. The workshop can contain pre and post questionnaire of participants. Moreover in these days most of people specially youths use and update their Facebook accounts so when we publish report on any fraud at our own group and in case one of our group members at Facebook share the report we have post on any fraud then it will be visible to all of his/her friends so in such way it can better be broadcast among many people.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
As mentioned before LCSAWC will better contribute to this project of us. As our organization is newly established therefore take assistance from LCSAWC for the conference room and other technical assistance such as Projector for our participants.
Moreover our organization will use one computer laptop and will be in need for Dial-up or USB modems for publishing and updating the reports at Facebook and other social media such as Baztab
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
My Family and I have good relations with our community, but further more through this project we have target the school students, we will select students from the school where i did my i own school educations moreover my other sisters also studied at the same school and one of my aunt is currently teaching at that school so it better justify that sine my birth even before that we have good relations with our community specially with schools.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
we don't see much more problem at this project but maybe our trainees will face any challenge with election workers on voting day at agencies.
for fighting this issue we will have our best relation and connection with Election commission so won't face any difficulty during observation recording or taking snap shots.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Through this project we provide awareness workshop for 20 selected students from two different schools. Meanwhile these students attend back to their classes they can better broadcast to their classmates and other friends; what they have learned from our workshop and how they observed the election procedures at their community, how they collect data, how the reports published using the social networks. and finally the students and community will learn and get the idea of how to react to illegal and frauds, because its not only about the government to look for illegal actions and research about that unless community don't insist to its government.
