The youth communications team will create print media articles and glossaries on the náhuat language, along with a section showing legends or stories entirely in náhuat, video interviews with náhuat speakers and photographs of these communities.

National Salvadoran Indigenous Coordinating Council
The CCNIS is the body that brings together 23 national organizations of the Indigenous Peoples Náhuat and Lenca. We currently have significant contacts in this network, and will be one of the main partners in the project. Tzuntecum Ejecat / Head of Wind Collective is a group of people seeking to revitalize the náhuat (pipil) language with its speakers, we will rely on these organizations.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
30 participants will participate in the workshops for young people, who will be taught to use audiovisual equipment, use of social networks for local impact and workshops in the writing of articles for youth print media. Each session will create audiovisual or written content to socialize in the community and schools to encourage the active participation of young people in each training area.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
Promoting Youth Communication models in the local communities in which Global Voices has access, adapting the model to the peculiarities of each region.
