Project based on putting into operation of a channel for people to report corruption and abuses cases. A series of live broadcasting will take place in two regional cities. Each issue includes a short oral presentation on a specific topic. Then, the floor is given to listeners through phone calls. Before the series of broadcasting, training sessions will be held to familiarize the targeted population on the concept corruption and abuses

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
For each case dealt with in live or advice given, many listeners will benefit. These cases will be recorded, classified and will constitute the basic materials for either a special radio broadcast or a public meeting. Finally, a guide on procedures most often quoted will be produced during workshops with stakeholders. The guide will be spread and its existence and use shall be subject to radio broadcasts

Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established that will contribute to the success of the project.
Main partners are the regional authorities, including mainly city councils, land owning deprtment, court. TI Madagascar (TI-M) has in the past experienced such partnerships with these authorities.
Local partners of TI-M will contribute fot the success of the project. The most active one is the National Peasants Coalition which is located in all the 22 Regions. in addition, new partnerships will be made at the local level : women or youth
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Fo each area of activity, training sessions are designed for public services providers, users of these public services, and representatives of the economic sector, civil society, trade unions, traditional authorities. They will be identified throuh the help of local authorities. Nearly 200 people will be affected.
The design of the guide to be wide spread will be done through workshops in which participants include the 3 categories quoted above
