I want to give chance to every non official community in the country to have online voice. Map me platform is going to allow to every(non-hate…) community to map themselves on the website, even to get their blog, so they are able to speak for themselves, so everyone can hearthem.

A lot of communities are groups of people that are working in shadow of big NGOs and rich companies. We want to give them a chance to float above. We want to give them a chance to get a website space, and subdomain on our website. Their level of computer and internet familiarity doesn't have to be huge, cause we are going to help them.

Everything what those communities wants. If they are for raising voice for enviroment, if they are raising voice for iplementing better digital education…

I am web programmer, so i am able to develop this platform. For our work we are going to use PHP, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL, WordPress, and all of those are for free, open source. I was contacted by a lot of people, and they asked from me some platform like this one.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
Every community that gets a website must send one participant that is going to learn how to use platform.

We will use Mozilla teaching kits. They are very easy to use, and at the same time free, and useful.

High school that has access to ADSL, and has a lot of computers.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
A lot of them are people that are creating communities so they can reach some goals. To help to the poor, to save our nature.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Currently the only obstacle is budget, and if we get budget for this project, we just need a bit of time to prepare everything.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
I'll measure it by number of applications for websites, and websites statistics.

Creating platform: three weeks.
