The proposed project will target the rural poor, rural school children and their teachers, children out of school, the youth, rural women and the people infected and affected with HIV/AIDS, cancer, Hepatitis B. The proposed project will train 15 youth from the three Sub Counties. Snow Rural will partner with the local radio stations and an information Station will be established where the youth will be gathering the information, edit and share it over the media.
Since the project will pass the skills to young people the trainees will pass the skills gained to the rest of the community youth hence leading increased numbers.

The training content will focus on recording data, photographing, using mobile phone internet, developing drama using community case stories.

Mobile phones technology is the most appropriate because the local people have some knowledge in using mobile phones than computers however one Laptop will be procured to act as server.

The workshops will conducted with the organization partner Foundation for community development and empowerment, because they have a projector that will be used during workshop presentation, they have local internet network, 8 Laptops and 3 modems.
