Project is to provide children with opportunities to express themselves or bring to light to issues important to them and their own communities through photography, writing, blogging and networking by using mobiles phones, digital cameras, computers, and internet connections. Children’s life is limited within the village. It will broaden their vision by telling that world is bigger than the village by providing environment to express and share.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
Main work will be with children in schools and the local communities. Children and other communities in our targeted area are isolated and have no idea of world beyond where they live due to poverty and lack of a reading culture. Our work will enable them to interact with other children and communities out there through sharing stories of where and how they live, schools they study at, and their dreams and inspirations by exchanging information.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
It will include education and schooling, sport activity, foods, friendships, My dream career, My home and country, our favourite stories and folklore, advocating for the rights of children, Our community activities, Highlight needy cases in our area, photographic representation of our county so others can know about the targeted communities and area.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
We are already working with community children through our NLSS (Nova Link Study System) school for more than two years. I also put updates in our face book group page. I and my organization have strong relationships with local communities as we are working Child Birth Registration, Disability and Breast Cancer projects locally. Local communities fully understand the mission and objectives of the Ark & Advent Society and its relationship regarding well established schools. Children of local communities study at NLSS.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
We will train 200 children in our school and in community. We would sustain their participation by giving gifts for best photos or stories and by involving them in school based trainings. These 200 persons will train further 600 hundred people in our area. This project will sustain as we have a established school and registered office in this area and we will keep working in future.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
As project organizer, I have more than ten years experience of using social networking, digital photography and digital story telling. Proposed team members have same skills as well. We will use social networks like facebook, twitter and linkedin as tools to train participants so that they can perform digital story telling and blogging once fully trained.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
We have managed room and sitting area for participants. We have a computer lab with limited internet connection. To implement the proposed project, we will need funding that will be mentioned in budget section of this application.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
I have been working with local communities regarding various awareness issues. I am also serving the local communities in field of education and have strong trust and confidence from community side. I serve them and they behave as my close friends.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
There is no challenge or obstacles while planning and implementing the project. We need pre-requisites of the project. Once help from Rising voices is received, we can implement and sustain project at satisfactory level.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Primary participants have required knowledge and skills and are able to transfer their acquired knowledge to others. Regional communities have the same skills and knowledge so that they can express themselves.
Success will be indicated by measuring the required number of participants and they are eager or willing to participate on regular basis. They take interest, ask questions and give time to themselves to acquire required skills and finally are well equipped and ready to transfer the knowledge and skills to others.
