To use educational perspectives to solving gender inequality and violence through media by enabling a platform to raise hopes and aspirations for girl-child in Nigeria, Africa and the world. To use students and schools as a team for the project as a catch-them-young approach to join other existing forces for gender inequalities like World Bank, United Nations to combat the challenge at the community, local, National and international level through acceptable media.

Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
A model school is sampled out within the community(population) with selected number of students would be set for the project. As an educator with passion for change, and not underestimating the fact that the concept has been enshrined in the school curriculum nationwide with cross multidisciplinary concept (social studies, government, law, citizenship and civic education) there is existing wide theoretical knowledge of the project by the students.
The target population is an open ended dimension since the challenge cuts across sectors, environment, community and the society at large particularly in every continent where women are predominantly under served and underrepresented as well as violence against women/girl-child thrives.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
• Radio broadcast (Genderless Nigeria) – featuring prominent and reputable women detailing their background, challenges and scaling hurdles of inequality and violence both in the community and the society and consequently contributing to 21st century development in Nigeria in all facets of life.
• Talk shows on gender violence and breach of fundamental human rights of women within the family, community, society and the world
• Blogging and monthly post on social media about these invited women as well as their submissions during interview on radio broadcast.

Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
As a public institution, collaborating with government agency- Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs, Social Welfare and community development and Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation about chanelling their resources on the project is much assured with exisiting relationship between the parties involved.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
10 minimum and 20 maximum for the project members for the implementation and communities, societies and countries who would be the beneficiaries of the intercultural project. Since it is a project on ground with much interest in terms of cross multidisciplinary and cultural competences by these students and seeing the project as a platform to promote equality, emancipation and promotion of rights of women and gender as it has been taught in their subjects.

• Usage of and mastery of speech development in journalism through the use of headphones and microphones for media presentation
• Research skills using internet about sourcing for information about the prominent women
• The usage of softwares like audacity, audio pad editor to edit audio inputs
• Blogging techniques and editorials about prominent women in the society with the use of social media
• Advocacy skills as the backbone of the project

The institution's computer laboratory having the following facilities both acquired and borrowed:
• Personal Computers, Internet (Modem), Headphones and Multimedia Speakers with relevant softwares set aside for the project.
• Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation Studio: Media Equipment acquired by the State.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
As an educator with passion for change couple with an international experience in community projects and presently working a model school and someone who has been charting the course for change using past relationship with the existing collaborating partners (Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation and Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs, Social Welfare and Community Development) on previous community projects in alliance with the school over the years.

How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
By setting up a feedback mechanisms via the contents created (social media and Radio Broadcast). Platforms for opinions and criticisms are going to be set up on these contents created at every stage of implementation to the members of the public

Expanding the establishment and the initiative of Genderless Nigeria to other affected parts of the world e.g. Genderless Pakistan, Genderless Egypt Genderless India e.t.c.
