We are proposing to increase promote the rural women rights over land ownership and other properties that have been declined by most men due to gender inequalities practiced. We hope to incease women participation in making public decisions ,increased resouce utilisation. We plan to develop a comprehensive monitoring tool with specific indicators, however, success will roughly be measured using;-Broad casting new about women rights to land ,other properties over the radio stations, Training Journalists,Direct Community community meetings,Sharing ideas on face book.

We will be working with the ruarl women in kilemebe subcounty,Journalists from Radio Mesiah ,local government communication office and liberty college of managemnt and journalism.
They helped in making the project baseline survey and out lining the [proposal guide.

Recording women voices and braodcasting their experience.
Training local journalists/ radio presenters in presenting women rights over land through radio spot adverts and talk shows
Recording of short digital documentaries about coming-of-age experiences — these will be played during menstrual education in schools and churches.

We are already working with other women net works and journalism schools to lay away forward for this project and women situation
we are training women in computer so as to improve on their computer skills
we are collabrating with the FM radios staff in reporting news .

Digital documentaries will also be regularly played as part of the educational program during and after the funding period.

We plan to train 10 media journalist
Through radio spots, talk-shows and featuring songs, the project will reach thousands of people of all categories including men, women, youth and children in and around Kasese .

Story telling and songs bring out real life situation, and greatly impact the communities —- these will be the key interventions for the project. Short digital documentaries will also be posted and shared on Facebook and Twitter.

We will use radio talk-shows, digital story tellinge Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.
Radio presenters will give information and engage communities in the discussing women rights over land
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
We have some computers connected to local mdems that we use for serach and connecting information on face book ,we rent our office room and we have a computer training center for equipping the women with computer knowledge.
We also have adigital camera for taking digital photos.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
our activities are on ground and the only Community based organisation for women in Kilembe subcounty with a computer training center that gives women chance access computer skills and be able to share computer related information.
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
We expect a challlenge of our rural women walking for long distances to come and give live testimonies over the FM radios during the radio talk show.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
We will track information through adeveloped monitoring and evaluation tool.
we will use ahome to home apraoch and phone calls over radio during talk shows about the program success.
