For example, divisions based on race and ethnicity .

I created and manages online, like blog, facebook, twitter and you tube, I have done a course in video production and much exposed to issues affecting youth at stake. I have implemented 5 successful youth based projects benefiting over 5000+ youth directly and 10000+ indirectly funded by various donors including both local and international such as Kiva Zip from US, Global Giving from both US and UK, The pollination project (TPP) from US, Kenya community development foundation (KCDF) Kenyan based, Anglican development services and several Government sponsored projects, making me and the organisationm posses the ability to network worldwide. What we need now is to share out our challenges, problems and success stories on media citizen and bring more people to work together and network.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
200 youth,5 religion leaders,10 teachers from participating schools. Youth's group has a membership of 200 youths. Altogether the project will give trainings to 215 Members. It is expected that these will form base of Trainers of trainees (TOTs) of manpower who will in turn train many women and youths in the community estimated at over 10,000+ youths who will not have had the opportunity to get training. Additional advantage we have is that the Training hall has a permanent structure with a Mission to educate and train. The Project should offer an opportunity for a multiplier effect where those who have received the training will through experience and further training become the Centre's source of trained manpower.Registration of participants and honors will be issued out to finalist.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
Our approach to use digital video, story telling is influenced by the fact that the science and the art of storytelling is part and parcel of the African way of life that helps people to make sense of themselves and participants don’t forget stories easily, about their cultures and societies, in loaded and important ways. Technical skills include: digital video recording, distribution marketing, awareness creation, online , social media skills & management and audio recording It’s a practice that gives a voice to individuals and groups who have been overwhelmed by problems/issues. Experts say stories helps people leave behind rich legacies of expression for future generations. In our view, storytelling helps us salvage our sequence of events from corporate and commercial interests.
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
We have a large training hall that can accommodate more than 100 people in one sitting with open windows. Some trainings involving participating teachers and religion leaders will be in person and if possible done at our training hall. The hall is installed with electricity and Television set, and our office has two computers with internet connection of speed. Participants will be trained in groups of 20 people per session.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
Working around the problems and challenges facing youth and promotion of their activities within communities, it’s still seen by part of Kenyan government officials as a challenge to their leadership, because an empowered youth who knows her/his rights are seen and believed to oppose poor leadership from corrupt government officials who wants to continue promoting impunity in the Nation, This may be curtailed by some of the youth's alienation from the process who are still loyal servants of this category of poor leadership. Efforts to foster engage them and give them a voice could result in enormous resistance and even victimization of the same youth. To manage the challenges: Build partnerships beyond the program structures,Instill risk management in the implementation of project.

How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
We shall establish a robust and rigorous monitoring and evaluation plan for the project to clearly demonstrate project activities, input verses output , results and project impact and to contribute to broader exposition of issues affecting youth within the communities. The Monitoring and Evaluation plan is integrated into the overall project design to enable interactive and responsive project implementation, coordination with all stakeholders and effective feedback plan created .We shall carry out pre and post test evaluations during the trainings to gauge participants’ knowledge & skills on the use of digital story telling to create, interactive/informative stories, songs, poems and drawings and share this effectively on social media networks.
