Organizing a children's group consisting of members from families where mothers have migrated or intending to migrate for employment. They will be trained and guided by experienced bloggers in raising their voice through blogs in creating awareness about the violation of their Rights and gravity of abuse they face when mothers migrate and objecting such migration. The group will be linked with our office and Government IT educational centres.

These blogs will consist of messages of Rights of children , How they are been violated when mothers migrate , The amount of abuse they face , The impacts of such vulnerability to children and to the whole society . Responsibilities of parents, society and the government regarding children. Real stories of children faced with abuse due to non availability of mother at home . News about opportunities at home for income generation by men or women

We are members of 4 Networks Named Foundation for Social Innovation, Child Rights Advocacy Network, Country Coordinating Mechanism of Sri Lanka and Resource management Foundation Where we work with a large number of Organizations which are widely spread all over the country . And also we have our own Children”s societies in five villages . Apart from this we have good links with government IT Educational Centres situated close by
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
Within our project we will train 25 members at first . And later use them as village level trainers and mentors for children who become 12+ annually.
To sustain these members participation we will Often communicate with them through mobile phone calls and blogs as well. We provide them with up dated skills through experienced trainers and later use the participants as trainers and mentors .

I wonder would it be more stressful for children to share the possible pain they might suffer from migration. Would you have any procedure how to protect children from such undesirable feelings while successfully sharing their thoughts against migration?
