I will build a network of 10 young Jewish citizen reporters from Poland that will be invited for 4 day seminar( August 2013.) where they will learn how to record audio, video messages. After next 9 months were each member each month has created one media piece, 2 best reporters will be chosen for a 1month internship to JN1TV .All members will become part of Jewrnalism.org and will be able to publish for our and our partners websites.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
Potential reporters don't know how to create audio and video content, currently they mostly write. I would like them to learn those skills and be more open to visual messages. In my vision are: video interviews with young project initiators, community leaders, old member of communities, reports from cultural events, educating events.

We have partnership with Tomer Marshal-leadel.net from Israel and Tiziano Project from LA that agreed to teach us for free.
We have partnership with Tablet Magazine, Jewish Journal, JN1 tv, AJC Access blog, ejewishphilanthropy and we want to have more of them, in order to send our materials to American and Israeli readers and viewers.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
10 participants will be trained. Participants will pay for their travel to Krakow where workshops will be held. Money from donation will be spent on accomodation, food and as well for an apartment in Brussel where two reporters will be living during their internship in JN1 TV.There were no such workshops and such internship opportunity before in polish Jewish community so I am not afraid that I will not have enough participant to that project.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
connections with educator that would like to lead online seminars for free for my reporters and as well connections to editors of Jewish American and Israeli Newspapers that would like to publish our work.
