The community we are helping is our community, we are very proud to help people by starting at home , this is an opportunities of our region to have us as citizens who are happy to help in capacity building the regio
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
The challenges we are expecting to have is some of our community telecentre which do not have internet connection, ignorance of people in rural area and students who don’t have enough time to participate in our training. People in rural area depend on agriculture and it is where they spend their enough time. The opportunity is that in Rwanda we have good leaders who know what should for our communities and us who are familial to work with communities. Even it is like these we know strategy to be used in order to achieve our mission.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
It will be easy to measure the performance as well as project impact, we usual do it , the approach will be the same, we will need to conduct a baseline survey , then after evaluation survey in order to see if we will have the all number we are expecting to train, to evaluate impact we will need to look on out comes and to see if we have achieved our objectives and We will need to set indicators:

Internet connectivity seems to be a problem for most rural communities in Africa. I encourage you guys to do your level best in these circumstances, rather than sitting back and crying for internet. Keep up the good work
Ofcorse, when internet is used in bad way seems to be a problem but at this time, it is the time to teach our community the role of internet, how it can be used and what can be its impact on socio-economy
An other thing is that in rural area people don’t know about innternet, what we have to do first is to make awrness of internet, teach its opportunities and how to use it.
