Snow Rural Community Development Organisation wish to increase the promotion of women living with HIV/AIDS rights These women have been seen and treated as of less importance to the community ,their lobbying have been lees attention and thus living alife full of stigma and a lot of inferiority that have finaly lowered their development This project intents to use social media to present these marginalized women living with HIV/AIDS Voices to the concerned stake holders and other communities for help. Will take place in Kyondo subcounty of Kasese District , Uganda.
Describe the specific population with whom you will be working.
we will be working with 44 women living with HIV/AIDS who are found in kyondo sub counties of kasese District.These are PHAs who community have lacked chance to express their views for rescue.
They helped in developing this proposal in the way that during the needs assessment we carried out ,they provided the information that is now the basis for this proposal.4 representatives of these target groups participated in proposal design .
They have been left back ward and lack information about their rights protection Campaign .
we want to work with them because they are most vulnerable and requested for the project (demanded for this service),They are already formed into organised small groups .
70% of these are computer or internet familiarity.

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
The project will empower the women living with HIV/AIDS tell their stories and share them with the rest of the global world.
It will further help to reduce stigma,discrimination and abuse of people (women) living with HIV/AIDS in Kyondo subcounty of kasese district.
Participants voices (Testimonies) will be recorded on tapes,broadcasted on radio stations and the pictures covered by use of the video camera shown on internet via,twitter and face book links.
What technologies and digital tools do you plan to use in the trainings?
Describe the connections that you or your organization have already established or plan to establish that will contribute to the success of the project.
We have already formed a women with HIV/AIDS rights compaign plat form that costs of 11 committee members who lead the rest of the need members.
The participate are very willing to share experiences and lobby for their services via various medias
we alos have other local partners with whom we share ideas on how to develop women living with HIV/AIDS ideas,expose their view and strenthen their compaigns.

Uganda Christian Lawyers flaternity.
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
44 participants .
They will be mobilised and further oriented about the project.The will practice and given strenth to enable them participate even after the grant period.
Snow Rural Community Development organisation will continue playing its role of monitoring and evaluating the project impact and the general PHAs rights compign and implementation status.

The tools to be used will also include:

we have qualified staff in computer science ,we also have an internet cafe .
This technology is affordable and easy to learn

We will .hold the work shop at kagando trading centre
The place is accessed to rural electricity with amble space ,permanent house and within the community reach.
We have an internet cafe with 4 computers all connected to the modem.
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
We caried out aneeds assesment about this problem and we have awide exprience in working with needy women plat forms,we have an internet cafe for easy ideas sharing and with qualified staff
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
Power break down during surfing and we expect to over come this problem by having astand by generator.
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
Our primary participants are the rural women living with HIV/AIDS in kyondo subcounty of kasese District.
we will design amintoring and eveluation form for capturing the project data.The snow Rural Community Organisation staff and Board members will make follow up visits about the project work.
Finding will be recorded and technical way forward will be given.
