Project seeks to train 40 organizations in the region and help them to establish their website and also opened their accounts on social networks and YouTube for free , and help them how to publish, communicate and make their voices heard to the world , trying through the project to support this organizations to disseminate its voices and to open to the world by the new media , in terms of : training them . And the project will be achieved due to the close to each others and also the permanent communicative with them via other courses that we’d organized.we shall explain all the steps.

about 40 associations in terms of leaders members and managers of those associations. they representing people in all forums, through contact with them we find their needs and desires to open up to new media they a expressed also a lack of presentation on the Internet and the absence of their voices in it, I preferred working with them because they formed as important role in their society and therefore their presence in the virtual world will increase the spread of their voices , not only but also makes their relationships so strong with other organizations and publish their experiences , the majority of them are proficient in dealing with computer and browsing the Internet , but they have not abilities for design a website and also ignored techniques of publicity .

What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
those websites that will be created for organizations make them communicate with groups of society and also publishing their experiences and offer future projects and achievements and also enable them to communicate with other parts of the world through their web sites and publish their stories with audiovisual and set up Web Radio to each organization for present their activities , not only but also create a principal website that will published contents with a link to each association , moreover exchange of experiences among themselves and to facilitate communication with other organizations across the web .

illiteracy for 200 women
How many participants do you think will be trained in your project?
More than 40 associations has a group of members will benefit from this configuration to spread their ideas , stories and voices too, and they will learn to their adherents, and we will follow up the project and add new things in the world of media and technology for a sustainability of the project , continuity and transferred from one generation to another to keep a communication and participation in this project,not only but also a cooperation and the division of tasks between web masters ,cameraman , designers , and editing for publishing immediately a content on the Web and on social networks.
Describe which technologies, tools, and media you will focus on when training participants.
We will use the web so that we will training each association to set up its website and we will reserve space and domain . And we will training them how to manage the administration of its web site and change design and update the site , how to make video and editing, set up own Radio broadcasting, how achieve Views on YouTube, special application ( android and iPhone ) for website. the technology is the only mean that allow this associations publish their activities, stories and their experiences . thanks to that they will communicate with international organizations
Describe the facilities where you will hold the workshops.
We have space enough for the training . Organization manages a large location that many associations active in it. It has got a range of large halls and processed , and a special hall of presentations that can accommodate more than 200 persons, equipped with loudspeakers , microphones , and also provides a special hall of informatics that includes 14 computers with hight quality . we have cameras and computers for editing and also provides internet connection Adsl,datashow, Board Writing , …
What is your current relationship with the community with whom you plan to work? What makes you the most appropriate individual or organization to implement this project?
All the time We are in touch with associations ,we fricative with them, we were already worked with them and we offered assistance to them , moreover what makes us suitable for the Execution of this project are our experiences in the field of web and also the functioning of the organization in the development of audiovisual cinema, we also have a range of training courses in this field , that makes project quite easily , and we will support associations in spite of that budget of the project finished .
What specific challenges do you expect to face when planning and implementing your project?
There are simple things which determine an appropriate time to be agreed upon this association, but not a big challenge or confusing for the project , we will be holding a meeting with this associations ,Then agree on a convenient time , often it will be weekend
How will you measure and evaluate the project’s impact, specifically: your primary participants, the wider regional community, or the global digital community?
We will evaluate the project to know the extent to which the participants will benefit through the practical activities through studying the website of each association and assessing the design and administration of the website, watching the videos they publish, their activities in the field of the web and the interaction of the people with them around the world, and also organising training courses on the evaluation of the project and follow-up , and making analysis on the level of the Web to see how the associations ‘ websites are spread in the Web Search Engines.

5- 6 June 2014 : explain the basics of web design and management site web , how to use them to spread their voice and their ideas and all the content that they want to publish
21 -22 June : Introduction to social networks ,and also how to set up and manage their pages ,how to increase views on youtube
26-27 July : How To Setup An Internet Radio Station
23-24 August : Basic of editing and graphics
20-21 September:basic filmmaking and how to shot video
20-21 December: evaluation of sites web (design,content,..) and also the evaluation of all accounts on social networks ,The level of response of people with pages ; and define date for the next session
