The project plans to startup of an online platform of 120 primary school teachers who educate minor boys and girls in the rural area of Bangladesh. They will be organized into batches for imparting training on using internet and online communication media at their flexible time. These learned groups would finally begin life unlocking the bureaucratic fiat along with their own stories. They will be able to in a position to explore social dignity

We would like to work with primary school teachers, kindergarten tutors and trainers from formal and non-formal education center preferably women folk. They have no online access neither in public or private sources due to scarcity of resources and sponsor. The teachers are the driving force of the social change and termed as the catalyst of development effort at national and sub-national level. This deprived group should get social honor in fine
What kinds of news, stories and other content will be created?
The contents are not limiting to creation of self story, school-diary, story film, quiz, blogs, lesson sheet, skill sharing and human rights campaign. The vision is to best utilization of indigenous language “Bangla” for best to the community. An interactive webpage will be designed for global information sharing. The intended media outputs are: Skype, face book, Blogs, LinkedIn, Video output, Twitter, flicker and interactive webpage

We have been implemented post literacy and continuing education at 234 centers at village level of Manikganj district. This institute has working relation with the primary teacher in the command area who are deprive, unrepresented learned group of the society. The teacher groups have their driving role on social wellbeing and absorbing interest would contribute the project a success. They will the future mentor for online sharing ideas to others
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
About 120 participants preferably lady teacher will be selected through survey for providing training on computing, video editing and coaching on web based theme. The organization will ensure ease online access and plan to make adapt through preserve their continuous interest on the subject. Light refreshment or conveyance along with free access to computer output device printing documents or materials. Rewards will be given to top 12 users
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
The Rising Voices can provide technical support during the implementation of activities. The organization expecting an instant watch from the expert group of the Rising Voices as well. If permissible, we also are expecting to get one or more audio editing device immensely useful for the project a success. I have the opportunity go through the proposal. The project may be termed as a great initiative in Bangladesh. I have an inquiry regarding the outcome of the project and how the project initiative will sustain in the long run.

Thank you so much for comment. In question of sustainability, the project actually demands for supply of resources and input which will be ensured first. Supply will then create its own demand. In the proposal though participation are few but it will create great demand through active acceleration of the beneficiaries within the community. The low paid teacher will be able to come up the ToT .
