Offer ICT training to local farmers so that they can be empowered to be able to access markets for their various products at the right time and fetch better prices. When people especially the farmers are able to have financial sustainability through minimizing expenditure and maximizing profits then they are able to have a better quality of life, seek quality healthcare and are able to make informed political, social and economic decisions.

Describe the specific community with whom you will be working.

Women in Kenya are underrepresented in nearly everything apart from being housewives that is even if they work they are supposed to fulfill other tasks that come with this role. Though the government is putting in some effort address through policies with guidance from the current new constitution, I personally feel that the steps being made are more of baby step. My target is 400 participants where and i will personally go where they are for training as well as make the training informative and interactive.
Conduct training's at convenient time while also the members or beneficiaries will be part of this initiative so as to claim ownership while create its sustainability.

Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?

1. Help in creating a website for the local
2. Help in creating a DBMS to act as a reference point, database and a better linkage through their email and phones for communication.
3. Create a platform for interaction between people of cross sectional boundaries
