DASHRA will work with an indigenous Dalit community to teach and encourage new generations to begin to use social Media to connect with others as a way to preserve and promote their native language online. Partnering with a local CSO, CBOs with a computer lab to invite community members to discuss local problems and solutions, and train them how to create a group blog to take these conversations to the wider community.

For the promotion of Human Rights culture among dalits. Dalits will raise their voice for social justice and development through face book, twiter and other social media and present series of vedio graphy documents to the global and implementing agencies for accountability of Authority and solidarity with global society. they share their testimonies, case of discrimination, fact finding, art and culture etc.

DASHRA have more than 200 CBOs in the Dalit poppulated villages and hamlets and monitoring Human Rights violation and program and schemes for them . This project will be helpfuland useful for raise their voice on competent place and globally . DASHRA have plan to establish a Desk of Voice for Voiceless and it will be contriibute for knowlege and skill and resorce from existing unit of Dalit Resource and knowlege Centre.
How many participants do you think will be involved in your project?
450 Dalits eg. activists, CBOs, cadre base organisation like Dalit Human Rights Defenders, Dalit women, Dalit publice Representative and members of dalit social Forum. dalit jouranalist , lawyers . students . they will continue to raise the issue of their areas for dalit development who are facing discrimination and Human Rights violation. for reclamation of Human Dignity.
Besides the microgrant funding, what other resources and support are you seeking for your project to ensure its success?
quaterly New letter, pamphlets and using computers of CSos with collaboration and capacity building program for writing to print media as well as e news by internet . DASHRA will be continue to making blogs and using social networking etc.
