Announcing the New 2013 Rising Voices Microgrant Competition
Rising Voices is pleased to announce the launch of a new platform for the 2013 microgrant competition for citizen media outreach projects. Applicants can now upload their ideas to the site, and receive feedback from our community, as a way to strengthen their proposals and make connections with others. Deadline for applications is March 1, 2013.
